Regional Key Account Manager – Germany

About the role

Join Link Snacks, the world’s No.1 protein snack manufacturer, as a Regional Key Account Manager for the German market. Based in Dusseldorf with a hybrid working model, you will drive profitable growth for our iconic brands such as Jack Link’s® and BiFi® within the Edeka retail channel.

Key responsibilities

• Define and pursue business opportunities to increase value, profit, and volume in Germany.
• Launch and expand product lines for BiFi and Jack Link’s across national and regional Edeka stores.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Edeka buyers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate closely with the Field Force to execute sales strategies at point‑of‑sale.
• Work with Operations, Finance, Trade‑Marketing, Logistics, Category Management and Customer Service to meet commercial targets.
• Contribute to business plans using a category‑based approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or sales growth within the German market.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and profit targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with major retail partners.
• Track record of successfully launching product lines in a retail environment.
