Regional Lead DACH – Groundwater Solutions

About the role

iFLUX is seeking a Regional Lead for the DACH market to drive growth of its groundwater monitoring and remediation technologies across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Based in Germany, you will act as the company’s first dedicated on‑the‑ground representative, leveraging an existing pipeline of projects and strong support from the Belgian headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Own and accelerate the existing traction with international environmental consultants, turning them into an active sales channel.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with national decision‑makers at large industrial groups and drinking‑water utilities.
• Convert pilot projects into long‑term commercial contracts and scale them across the region.
• Coordinate and align the partner network, preventing channel conflict and driving performance in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Increase iFLUX’s market visibility by speaking at industry events, hosting webinars and educating consultants.
• Provide technical sales support, translating client requirements into robust proposals.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in groundwater monitoring, contaminant transport and remediation.
• Deep knowledge of the German‑speaking market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Proven ability to develop commercial relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
• High autonomy with the capacity to work closely with a remote headquarters team.
