Regional Manager – Central EMEA

About the role

As Regional Manager for Central EMEA, you will shape the future of ARC’TERYX retail across a key region. You will lead a team of Store Managers, drive commercial performance, and ensure every guest experiences the brand at its highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers, building high‑performing teams through succession planning and a culture of accountability.
• Drive regional sales, profitability and productivity by using commercial insight to identify opportunities and remove barriers.
• Champion the guest experience, ensuring each store consistently delivers the ARC’TERYX brand promise.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Community teams to execute launches, events and activations that deepen local brand connections.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Operations, Finance, People and Marketing to deliver a seamless retail experience across the region.
• Use data and insights to improve traffic, conversion, inventory health and guest satisfaction.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture that enables teammates to thrive.
• Represent ARC’TERYX externally, building relationships with retail partners and outdoor communities.
• Lead change initiatives such as new store openings and organisational shifts while keeping teams engaged.
