Regional Marketing Specialist (EMEA)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Regional Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA team. Based in the Frankfurt area with a hybrid work model, you will translate global marketing strategies into locally‑relevant campaigns that drive pipeline and brand awareness across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing programs aligned with global strategy, adapting messaging and assets for local markets.
• Partner with regional sales to generate pipeline through webinars, events, email campaigns, and account‑based initiatives.
• Manage timelines, logistics and execution details for all regional initiatives, ensuring consistent use of marketing platforms.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, leads and engagement, providing regional insights and customer feedback.
• Serve as a reliable execution partner across the marketing and sales ecosystem to maintain alignment on priorities.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• 3+ years of marketing experience with a proven record in design, digital advertising and event support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Detail‑oriented project management abilities and comfort working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
