Regional Operations Director

About the role

Staycity is looking for a Regional Operations Director to lead its German portfolio and the upcoming Warsaw location in 2027. Based in Germany, you will travel frequently across the region to ensure consistent guest experiences and strong financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all Staycity properties in Germany and the new Warsaw hotel.
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards across all departments.
• Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and achieve profitability targets, especially within F&B.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and cost‑control measures.
• Lead, coach, and inspire multi‑property teams, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Monitor market trends and adapt the portfolio to evolving European hospitality dynamics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of multi‑property leadership experience as a Regional Operations Director.
• Blend of corporate experience and entrepreneurial leadership in restaurants, bars, or event operations.
• Extensive F&B expertise, including concept development and large‑scale event execution.
• Deep knowledge of European hospitality markets with fluency in German.
• Proven track record of exceeding financial targets and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑departmental collaboration skills.
• Innovative, solutions‑focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strategic planning and financial management capabilities in a dynamic environment.
