About the role

Locinox is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to own and grow the Eastern Germany market. You will build on an existing customer base while actively seeking new business opportunities, ensuring our smart gate solutions become the preferred choice for projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of revenue and growth targets for East Germany after a comprehensive onboarding at the Belgian headquarters.
  • Develop existing accounts and generate new ones through trust, expertise and proactive follow‑up.
  • Visit customers in the field, conduct product trainings and support successful product launches.
  • Engage early with architects, specifiers and consultants to embed Locinox solutions in specifications.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle together with an inside‑sales colleague and report to the Head of Sales Germany.
  • Build a structured pipeline, share market insights and closely track performance.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment (e.g., fencing, automation, building hardware, access control).
  • Strong understanding of specifications and standards and comfort engaging with technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and fluency in English; experience with architects is a plus.
  • Relationship‑builder with commercial drive, self‑motivated, well‑structured and confident in owning a region.
