Regional Sales Manager - Eastern Germany

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead doctor‑focused sales of AI‑driven medical devices across Eastern Germany. The role combines remote work with extensive field activity, giving you the independence to build strong relationships with clinics and introduce innovative health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell cutting‑edge medical devices and intelligent apps to practices and hospitals.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers, ensuring high platform adoption.
• Identify strategic partners and engage key opinion leaders in cardiology.
• Travel frequently across the region to meet clients and support sales activities on‑site.

Required profile

• Passionate about sales with a confident, personable approach.
• Experience in the German healthcare system is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written German.
• Full driving licence.
• Completed an apprenticeship or university degree.
