Registered Nurse – Multiple Locations Across Germany

About the role

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to work in hospitals, elderly‑care facilities, rehabilitation centres, outpatient services and other healthcare settings across Germany. The positions are on‑site and offer long‑term career development in modern medical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and continuously monitor patient health.
• Administer medications and treatments according to medical orders.
• Support patient mobility, personal care, nutrition and daily activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Assist with wound care and various medical procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients and families.
• Follow hygiene, quality and patient‑safety standards.
• Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification (e.g., Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger, Registered Nurse or equivalent).
• German professional recognition obtained or in progress.
• German language skills at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in hospitals, elderly care, rehabilitation or outpatient care is an advantage.
• Patient‑focused, responsible and compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
