Registered Nurse – Multiple Locations Across Germany

About the role

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to work in hospitals, elderly‑care facilities, rehabilitation centres, outpatient services and other healthcare settings across Germany. Positions are available in major cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and many others, offering long‑term career development in a stable, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and continuously monitor patient health.
• Administer medications and treatments according to medical orders.
• Support patient mobility, personal care, nutrition and daily activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Assist with wound care and various medical procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients and families.
• Follow hygiene, quality and patient‑safety standards.
• Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification (e.g., Pflegefachfrau, Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger, Registered Nurse) or equivalent international credential.
• German professional recognition obtained or in progress.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in hospitals, elderly care, rehabilitation or outpatient care is an advantage.
• Patient‑focused, responsible and compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
