Registered Nurse – On‑Site Opportunities in Munich

About the role

We are looking for qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to work on‑site in Munich’s hospitals, elderly‑care facilities, rehabilitation centres and outpatient services. The position offers long‑term career growth and professional development in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and continuously monitor patient health.
• Administer medications and treatments according to medical instructions.
• Support patient mobility, personal care, nutrition and daily activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Assist with wound care and basic medical procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients and families.
• Participate in shift handovers, multidisciplinary teamwork and adhere to hygiene, quality and patient‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification (Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger, Registered Nurse or equivalent international qualification).
• German professional recognition obtained or in process.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in hospitals, elderly care, rehabilitation or outpatient care is advantageous.
• Patient‑focused, responsible and compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
