Registered Nurse – On‑site positions across Germany

About the role

We are seeking licensed and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join a network of hospitals, clinics, elderly‑care facilities and rehabilitation centres throughout Germany. This on‑site role provides exposure to a variety of clinical environments and supports long‑term career development for nursing professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care and continuously monitor patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders.
• Assist patients with mobility, nutrition and daily living activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Support wound care and assist with medical procedures as required.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients and families.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification as a Registered Nurse or an equivalent international qualification.
• German professional recognition obtained or in progress.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in hospitals, elderly‑care, rehabilitation or outpatient care is advantageous.
• Patient‑focused, responsible and compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
