Registered Nurse – On‑site Positions Across Germany

About the role

We are seeking licensed and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver high‑quality patient care across a variety of clinical settings in Germany. The on‑site positions span hospitals, clinics, elderly‑care facilities and rehabilitation centres in major cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and others, offering long‑term career growth for qualified professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and continuously monitor patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with medical orders.
• Support patient mobility, nutrition and daily living activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Assist with wound care and various medical procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients and families.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification as a Registered Nurse or an equivalent international qualification.
• German professional recognition obtained or in progress.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in hospitals, elderly‑care, rehabilitation or outpatient care is advantageous.
• Patient‑focused, responsible and compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
