Registered Nurse – Permanent Positions in Germany

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with German clinical standards.
• Perform nursing procedures, medication administration and patient monitoring on assigned wards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality treatment and safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to documentation requirements.

Required profile

• B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience for B.Sc. graduates or 2 years for GNM holders.
• Current B2 level German language certification (Goethe, Telc, etc.).
• Up‑to‑date vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A & B, COVID‑19).

Required skills

• Hands‑on clinical nursing experience.
• Proficiency in basic medical documentation.
