Registered Nurse – PRN (Resource Team)

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) on the Resource Team provides safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care on a PRN basis. Working shifts are 06:30‑19:00 or 18:30‑07:00, and the RN must apply the nursing process and Baptist Health training to deliver high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care that is safe, therapeutic, and compassionate.
• Utilize the nursing process and institutional training in daily practice.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking in all patient interactions.
• Float within the specialty or across campuses within a 30‑mile radius as needed.
• Adhere to PRN shift schedules and respond to staffing demands.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience, including at least one year in the specialty applied for.
• Healthcare CPR certification required.
• Willingness to obtain ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS certification when required (training provided).
• Ability to float within the specialty or across nearby campuses.
