Registered Nurse (RN) – Germany Residents Only

About the role

We are seeking licensed Registered Nurses (RN) who reside in Germany to join our network of hospitals, clinics, elderly‑care facilities and rehabilitation centres across the country. The position is on‑site and offers the chance to work in diverse clinical environments while building a long‑term nursing career.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and continuously monitor patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders.
• Assist patients with mobility, nutrition and activities of daily living.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Support wound care and assist with medical procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients and families.
• Follow hygiene, safety and quality standards and participate in shift handovers.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification as a Registered Nurse or equivalent international qualification.
• German professional recognition obtained or in progress.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in hospitals, elderly care, rehabilitation or outpatient care is advantageous.
• Patient‑focused, responsible and compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
