Registered Nurse (RN) – On‑site Positions Across Germany

About the role

We are seeking licensed Registered Nurses (RN) who reside in Germany to join a network of hospitals, clinics, elderly‑care facilities and rehabilitation centers nationwide. This on‑site position offers exposure to diverse clinical environments and supports long‑term career development in nursing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care and continuously monitor patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders.
• Assist patients with mobility, nutrition and daily living activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and individualized care plans.
• Support wound care procedures and other medical interventions.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients and families.
• Follow hygiene, safety and quality standards, and participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification as a Registered Nurse or an equivalent international qualification.
• German professional recognition obtained or in progress.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in hospitals, elderly‑care, rehabilitation or outpatient care is advantageous.
• Patient‑focused, responsible and compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or public holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
