Registered Nurse (RN) – On‑site positions across Germany

About the role

We are seeking licensed Registered Nurses (RN) who reside in Germany to join a network of hospitals, clinics, elderly‑care facilities and rehabilitation centres across the country. The on‑site positions offer exposure to diverse clinical environments and provide a pathway for long‑term employment and career development in nursing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care and continuously monitor patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders.
• Support patients with mobility, nutrition and daily living activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
• Assist with wound care, medical procedures and other clinical tasks.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients and families.
• Follow hygiene, safety and quality standards and participate in shift handovers.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification as a Registered Nurse or equivalent international qualification.
• German professional recognition obtained or in progress.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in hospitals, elderly‑care, rehabilitation or outpatient care is advantageous.
• Patient‑focused, responsible and compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• German language (B2 or higher).
