Registered Nurse (RN) – On‑site Positions Across Germany

About the role

We are seeking licensed Registered Nurses (RN) who reside in Germany to join a network of hospitals, clinics, elderly‑care facilities, and rehabilitation centers nationwide. This on‑site role offers exposure to a variety of clinical environments and supports long‑term career development within the German healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care and continuously monitor patient health status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders.
• Assist patients with mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and individualized care plans.
• Support wound care, medical procedures, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality standards, and participate in shift handovers.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification as a Registered Nurse or an equivalent international qualification.
• German professional recognition obtained or in progress.
• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in hospitals, elderly‑care, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings is advantageous.
• Patient‑focused, responsible, and compassionate attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
