Remote IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Remote IT Technician to deliver high‑quality technical support to users across the organization. The role involves diagnosing hardware and software issues, maintaining system performance, and ensuring security in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance to end‑users for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Diagnose and resolve operating system and application issues.
• Configure user accounts, access permissions, and remote access solutions.
• Install, update, and patch software on endpoints.
• Monitor system performance and document incidents in a ticketing system.
• Support network connectivity and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist with cybersecurity best practices and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests while maintaining professionalism.
• Proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently.
• Background in IT, Computer Science, Network Administration or related field is preferred.
