Remote Registered Nurse – Germany

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is looking for qualified Registered Nurses based in Germany to join a fully remote telecare project for an international medical client. After an eight‑week paid training program, you will provide clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from telecare patients and clinical collaborators.
• Resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests within the scope of nursing practice.
• Provide technical and clinical information, supporting escalations from Level 1 Technical Services when needed.
• Document interactions accurately and share relevant data with stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve online knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, and reference materials.
• Identify trends in treatment data and suggest improvements to customer experience and product reliability.

Required profile

• Active German RN license and a nursing degree (BSc or equivalent).
• Living in Germany with reliable broadband internet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
• 2–4 years of customer‑service or contact‑center experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Experience with dialysis therapy is a plus.

Required skills

• Broadband internet connection (Ethernet/LAN, minimum 50 Mbps).
• Computer with Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or higher), 16 GB RAM, 120 GB SSD.
• Wired USB headset.
• Windows 11 or later operating system.
