Reservations Agent – Corporate & Group Bookings

About the role

As a Reservations Agent at Numa, you will support corporate clients, group bookings, and individual guests by managing enquiries through email and phone. You will ensure a smooth, professional booking experience without being stationed at the front desk, allowing you to focus on detail‑oriented coordination behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to corporate and group enquiries via email and phone.
• Create and send customized offers using Numa’s online quotation tools.
• Process and manage group booking requests, maintaining accuracy and clear communication.
• Collaborate closely with Guest Support, Operations, Revenue Management, and Finance to ensure consistent information flow.
• Keep reservation and CRM systems up‑to‑date with accurate records.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C2 level).
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a similar hospitality function.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service behind the scenes.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
