Resident Trainer – Luxury Skincare Education

About the role

As a Resident Trainer you will be the driving force behind education, brand expression and customer experience for Biologique Recherche across retail and professional settings. You will inspire and develop partners and teams to deliver the brand’s highly personalized skincare experience at the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced training programmes that blend theoretical knowledge with hands‑on application, from precise skin diagnostics to fully personalised treatment protocols.
• Coach retail teams on‑the‑job, focusing on consultation excellence, elevated service standards and luxury sales techniques.
• Contribute to improving key performance indicators such as average order value, conversion rate and customer retention through strategic training initiatives.
• Create and lead exclusive masterclasses, events and bespoke consultations for an international VIP clientele.
• Act as a brand ambassador at PR events, industry functions and client engagements, communicating the brand’s scientific expertise and Parisian heritage.
• Collaborate with sales teams and the Head of Retail & Education to support strategic initiatives and drive sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Certified aesthetician with strong expertise in skin diagnostics and personalised treatment approaches.
• Proven experience in luxury or premium beauty retail with a track record of driving sales and performance.
• Deep understanding of high‑touch customer service for a sophisticated, international clientele.
• Fluent in multiple languages (as indicated in the original posting).
