Residential Security Coordinator

About the role

The Residential Security Coordinator provides administrative oversight of the U.S. Mission's residential security program in Germany, acting as the primary liaison between security, facilities, and housing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the residential security program, coordinating with the Regional Security Office, General Service Office, Facilities Maintenance, and landlords.
• Conduct security surveys of existing housing to verify compliance with security standards.
• Perform security assessments of proposed housing to ensure suitability and adherence to the Overseas Security Policy Board standards before occupancy.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and correspondence related to residential security matters.

Required profile

• Completed High School education.
• Office administrative experience, including handling customer inquiries, complaints, and drafting reports and correspondence.
