Restaurant Team Member (Front & Back of House)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Team Member to join our Würzburg location. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Assist with food preparation and follow kitchen safety procedures when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest questions or concerns professionally.
• Follow all health, safety and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in restaurant, hospitality or customer‑service environments.
• Clear and courteous communication with guests and colleagues.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and attention to cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift or carry items safely.
• Team‑oriented mindset willing to support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks.
• Basic German and/or English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
