Retail Sales Associate

About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate you will be the face of PUMA in our Bad Muenstereifel store, delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales performance. You will work closely with the team to ensure the store meets its visual, operational and profitability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in line with PUMA values and established service standards.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales, KPI and profitability targets through effective customer engagement.
• Execute swift, safe and accurate checkout transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, order and compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Handle inbound and outbound merchandise processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve merchandise flow and communicate suggestions to the team.
• Work full‑time on‑site in the retail environment.

Required profile

• First sales experience, preferably in a dynamic retail setting.
• Passion for the PUMA brand.
• Customer‑oriented, reliable and friendly personality.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
