Retail Store Manager – Sales & Operations (On‑Site, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and manage high‑performing teams across multiple locations in Germany. The role is on‑site and requires a hands‑on leader who can ensure excellent customer service and store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and brand image.
• Handle cash, POS systems, reporting, and basic administration.
• Track KPIs and implement actions to improve performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and retail procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, shop or store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs, sales targets, and customer‑service standards.
• Fluent German; English is an advantage.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
