About the role

The Retail Store Supervisor supports store leadership by creating a high‑energy, customer‑first environment on the sales floor. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role drives productivity, profitability, and operational excellence through coaching, goal setting, and adherence to Kate Spade standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive personal and team sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement best practices to improve results.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, ensuring exceptional in‑store and after‑sales experiences.
• Coach and develop team members, support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key‑holding responsibilities.
• Process POS transactions accurately and manage inventory functions such as transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, and damages.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and oversee stock integrity.
