Retail Stylist – Part Time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Join the LS&Co. team in Bochum as a Retail Stylist, working 20 hours per week. You will be the face of the Levi’s® store, helping customers discover their personal style and the perfect fit.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
