Retail Supervisor – Luxury Boutique (Berlin)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Retail Supervisor to lead our Christian Dior Couture boutique in Berlin’s KaDeWe department store. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and uphold the Maison’s standards of luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily team operations, integrate new joiners and allocate responsibilities.
• Organise regular team meetings, sales training sessions and spot‑coach staff on the sales ceremony.
• Maintain the customer database, achieve sales targets through clienteling and product knowledge.
• Provide hands‑on customer service on the sales floor, nurture client relationships and promote the brand experience.
• Manage stock, process incoming goods, conduct inventories and ensure optimal floor presentation.
• Collaborate with other boutiques to improve synergies and share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong drive for business results and passion for fashion and luxury.
• Excellent communication, empathy and an agile mindset.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Fluent in German and English; additional language a plus.
