Retail Supervisor – Luxury Boutique (Berlin KaDeWe)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Retail Supervisor to lead the team at our Christian Dior Couture boutique in Berlin’s KaDeWe department store. You will be the face of the Maison, ensuring every client receives an exclusive, high‑touch experience while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations and guide a team of sales associates.
• Onboard new colleagues, assign duties and organise regular team meetings and sales training.
• Coach staff on the Dior sales ceremony and clienteling techniques.
• Maintain the customer database, manage CRM activities and nurture client relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets across product categories.
• Oversee stock management, receive deliveries, conduct inventories and ensure optimal floor presentation.
• Handle customer payments and provide personalised service to meet special requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong business drive with a passion for fashion and the Dior brand.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and motivate a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for customer relationship management.
• Stock management and inventory control.
• Handling of point‑of‑sale payments and transactions.
