About the role

The Retail Training Manager will design and deliver training programs that support product and channel strategies for a consumer electronics retailer. Working closely with the 4P team, you will ensure that store staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Develop training strategies aligned with product and channel plans.
Plan, execute, and evaluate training sessions based on store and channel needs.
Create high‑quality, native‑level training materials that reflect local product and promotional roadmaps.
Organise and lead training campaigns tied to yearly product and promotion schedules.
Collect and analyse training results to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

3‑5 years of retail management experience in consumer electronics.
Fluent English with strong communication, organization and coordination abilities.
Team‑player with a proactive learning attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Independent worker with a solid personal reputation and professional ethics.
