Robotics Engineer - Vision Language Action Model

About the role

We are seeking a Robotics Engineer specialized in Vision‑Language Action Models to develop AI systems that enhance robot interaction and autonomy in complex, heavy‑machinery environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI systems that combine vision, language understanding and motor control for robotic platforms.
• Implement Vision‑Language Action Models enabling robots to execute tasks based on verbal and visual cues.
• Test and refine models in real‑world conditions to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with software engineers and roboticists to integrate solutions into larger automation systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with C++.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, especially vision‑language models and robotic control.
• Experience with vision and language processing frameworks such as OpenCV and transformers.
