Roform Instructor – Berlin South

About the role

Rostudios is looking for energetic instructors to lead Roform classes in Berlin South. Roform blends Pilates‑inspired movement with custom reformer machines to deliver a 50‑minute full‑body workout that challenges both mind and body.

Key responsibilities

• Teach 50‑minute Roform group classes using custom reformer equipment.
• Guide participants through mobility, strength and flexibility work while fostering a supportive environment.
• Provide real‑time feedback, adjust movements and inspire clients to push their limits mentally and physically.
• Complete an 8‑stage training programme that combines online modules and in‑studio practice.
• Maintain a consistent teaching schedule of 6‑9 classes per week.

Required profile

• Successful completion of the Roform Training Programme.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology; Pilates experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to a minimum of 6‑9 classes per week on a fixed schedule.
• Resident of Berlin and able to honor the agreed availability for at least four months.
