Roform Instructor

About the role

Rostudios is seeking enthusiastic Roform Instructors to lead 50‑minute, Pilates‑inspired group classes using our custom reformer machines. You will create an empowering environment where participants can improve mobility, strength, and flexibility while engaging both body and mind.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and energize Roform classes, inspiring participants to challenge themselves physically and mentally.
• Deliver a minimum of 6–9 classes per week, typically in two‑to‑four‑class blocks across the week.
• Complete the eight‑stage Roform Training Programme, including online modules (≈20 hours) and four weeks of in‑person studio training.
• Adhere to a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain consistent availability for at least four months after hire and avoid vacations longer than one week during training and the first three months.

Required profile

• Successful completion of the Roform Training Programme.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology; Pilates experience is a strong plus.
• Resident of the city where the studio operates.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work standard business hours and additional time slots as needed.
