Runner – Service Staff (Restaurant)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Runner to join the service team at Pamela, a new restaurant in Berlin’s Charlottenstraße. As a key link between the kitchen and the dining room, you will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest while learning the fundamentals of high‑performance restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dishes quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.
• Support the Chef de Rang during service, ensuring each plate arrives at the right moment and in perfect condition.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to maintain service flow.
• Assist with table setup, restaurant organization, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Help maintain rhythm and pace during busy periods.
