Sachbearbeiter*in Seefracht Export (m/w/d)

About the role

We are looking for an Ocean Export Clerk to join our 45‑person air & sea freight branch in Düsseldorf. You will own end‑to‑end export processes, work with a stable customer base and handle shipments to South‑East Asia and the Transatlantic corridor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full Ocean Export cycle from booking to documentation and delivery.
• Coordinate shipments of machinery, electronics and, after training, dangerous goods.
• Maintain communication with customers and partners in English and German.
• Utilise CargoWise One system (training provided) for order entry and tracking.
• Collaborate with the mixed team of experienced operators and junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Experience in Ocean Export Operations in Germany (or recent Ausbildung graduate).
• German language at B1 level or higher; fluent English for internal and external communication.
• Reliable, stable CV; attitude valued over formal qualifications.
• Availability for at least 30 hours per week; part‑time options possible.

Required skills

• CargoWise One (training will be provided).
• Dangerous Goods handling (training will be provided).
