Sales Assistant for MCM Pop‑Up Store in Wertheim

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our MCM pop‑up store in Wertheim for a one‑month fixed‑term assignment (July‑August 2026). You will be part of a motivated team delivering the brand’s luxury leather goods to customers while upholding MCM’s heritage of sophisticated rebellion.

Key responsibilities

• Sell MCM products and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
• Provide personalized advice, build and maintain a customer database.
• Attract new clients and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Handle commercial tasks such as merchandise management, stocktaking, receiving and labeling goods.
• Assist with visual merchandising, product presentation and store upkeep.
• Support repairs and ensure stock maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in the luxury retail sector.
• Strong interest in fashionable, high‑quality leather accessories.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Organised, flexible, reliable and able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Positive, hands‑on attitude and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
