About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our MaxMara Düsseldorf store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional in‑store experience and driving sales through deep product knowledge and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high‑quality shopping experience at all times.
Demonstrate thorough brand and product knowledge acquired through training and continuous learning.
Execute the brand’s selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities to meet store targets and KPIs.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and support shop operations.
Build client confidence by creating engaging, interactive experiences.
Acquire new clients, achieve conversion goals, and nurture existing relationships.

Required profile

Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
10+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion environments.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
Fluent in both English and German.

Required skills

Fluency in English.
Fluency in German.
