Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail (Munich)

About the role

Join MCM’s flagship store on Maximilianstrasse as a Sales Assistant, representing a leading luxury brand in the heart of Munich. You will work within a motivated team, delivering exceptional service to discerning customers while contributing to the store’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Sell MCM products and meet defined sales targets.
• Advise customers, build and maintain a customer database.
• Attract new clients and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Support commercial tasks such as merchandise management, repairs, stocktaking and stock maintenance.
• Receive, label and organize incoming goods.
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring attractive product presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in the luxury sector.
• Strong interest in fashionable, high‑quality leather goods.
• Excellent customer service, communication and selling abilities.
• Organised, flexible, reliable and able to work autonomously.
• Team‑player with a positive, hands‑on attitude.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
