Sales Development Representative – Inbound (German/English)

About the role

Moss, a fast‑growing SaaS scale‑up helping finance professionals automate daily tasks, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its Growth team. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, delivering a consultative experience that positions Moss as a trusted partner for finance leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads by responding to buying signals, conducting targeted qualification, and guiding prospects toward the next sales step.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge in initial conversations and tailor messaging to each lead’s context.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, tracking all interactions and ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Required profile

• Initial experience in a sales‑related, acquisition‑focused role.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
