Sales Development Representative – Munich

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Lucca’s German team in Munich. As the first SDR for the market, you will help build Lucca’s presence in Germany by generating high‑quality leads and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients via email, phone, LinkedIn or other channels.
• Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to uncover customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead‑generation and qualification strategies.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Provide market feedback to the Product team.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and use Outreach for outreach automation.

Required profile

• Initial experience in B2B sales or an SDR role, preferably in SaaS.
• Native‑level German and strong English communication skills (C1/C2).
• Motivation for outbound sales, target‑driven mindset and ability to build opportunities from scratch.
• Desire to progress toward a Business Development role.
