Sales Development Representative – SAP & Enterprise Transformation (DACH)

About the role

Join a leading management and technology consulting firm as a Sales Development Representative focused on SAP and enterprise transformation initiatives across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will work closely with Partners and senior business leaders to generate high‑quality pipeline opportunities that drive large‑scale consulting engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of qualified enterprise transformation opportunities in the DACH region.
• Identify, research and engage new prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn and CRM platforms.
• Qualify leads, secure introductory meetings and hand them over to Partners and Business Development Managers.
• Design, execute and continuously optimise outbound prospecting campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Share market insights and best practices to improve outbound effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably within consulting or technology services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise transformation programmes and the DACH market.
• Excellent communication skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
