Sales Executive (Remote, Germany)

About the role

Nuvho, a leading hospitality services and outsourcing company, is looking for a remote Sales Executive to expand its presence across the European market. Based in Germany (preferably Berlin) you will work closely with the Director of Sales, Revenue and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth for a portfolio of hotel clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for a portfolio of hotel clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to increase revenue, and conduct daily sales calls.
• Arrange client meetings, site inspections, and represent properties at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor performance, and analyse market trends.
• Assist with sales proposals, tenders, contracts and client communications.
• Research prospective clients, corporate accounts and travel partners.
• Support implementation of sales initiatives, systems and processes.
• Achieve and exceed sales activity and revenue KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Executive or Telesales Executive, preferably in hotel revenue or corporate sales.
• Fluent German (C1) and at least B2 level English.
• Strong knowledge of sales management principles and the European tourism market.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and report writing abilities.
• Excellent organisation, time‑management and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven and comfortable working independently within a remote team.
