About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive new business for carbon credit and carbon offsetting products on an international scale. You will lead a junior sales team and collaborate closely with customers to shape a trading platform that supports sustainable climate solutions.

Key responsibilities

Identify and acquire new corporate clients for carbon credit and offsetting services.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior sales professionals.
Work directly with customers to design and implement a platform for trading carbon credits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction.
Track market trends in carbon markets and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Required profile

Passionate about environmental sustainability and climate protection.
Strong academic background.
Proven sales experience, preferably within carbon markets or carbon credit sectors.
Fluent in English and German.
