Sales Manager – Corporate & MICE (Berlin)

About the role

The Hoxton is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead corporate and MICE sales for its newly opened hotel in Charlottenburg, Berlin. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to grow group, entertainment, and corporate business while strengthening relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sales strategies to achieve segment revenue goals and KPIs.
• Build and maintain Account Management Plans, staying informed on market trends and competitor activity.
• Generate new business through market research and collaboration with Ennismore and ACCOR global sales teams.
• Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events, sales calls, and trips.
• Organise show rounds, familiarisation trips, office visits and presentations for key accounts.
• Cross‑sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties worldwide to maximise revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in proactive sales and key account management, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a high‑energy, personable attitude.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a collaborative, fun‑focused team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
