Sales Manager Deutschland (m/w/d)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to grow Cashmaster’s market share in Germany and across Europe. The role focuses on selling cash‑management hardware and software solutions to retailers, hospitality venues and related businesses, combining new‑business hunting with the management of existing key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from cold‑calling to contract signing.
• Identify, prospect and qualify new B2B opportunities in the target sectors.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual meetings with C‑suite decision makers.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region to meet customers and attend events.
• Initiate product trials and support customers through the onboarding process.
• Achieve defined revenue targets and build a robust sales pipeline.
