Sales Manager Germany - HVAC / Fire Safety Solutions

About the role

SMAY is expanding into the German market and seeks a Sales Manager to establish its presence in the HVAC and fire safety sector. You will introduce the SMAY brand and product portfolio, develop a customer base, and represent the company at trade fairs, supported by the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and position SMAY products in the German HVAC market.
• Build and manage a network of customers, partners, and distributors.
• Represent SMAY at industry trade fairs and events.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and market conditions.
• Propose and implement a sales and pricing strategy for Germany.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on local campaigns and materials.
• Report on market feedback, sales performance, and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Established contacts and network within the German HVAC industry.
• Native‑level German and C1 English proficiency.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC, ventilation, or fire safety systems.
• Strong understanding of competitive landscape and pricing strategy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable building a market from scratch.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and attend trade fairs.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented with strong negotiation skills.
