Sales Manager Germany (m/w/d)

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Sales Manager for its Branson portfolio in Germany. You will own sales performance across ultrasonic welding, vibration, infrared, microwave and laser technologies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities while expanding the customer base.
• Build long‑term relationships with key customers and act as a trusted business partner.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities and translate insights into growth strategies.
• Prepare accurate forecasts, sales plans and business reviews for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with engineering, application labs, marketing, product management and other cross‑functional teams.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a technical, industrial or solutions‑focused environment.
• Track record of driving business growth, managing customer relationships and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Professional proficiency in German and English (minimum B2).
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within Germany.
• Authorization to work in Germany.
