Sales Manager – Project & Customer Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Manager at Sunfire in Dresden you will lead end‑to‑end sales projects, align customer needs with our hydrogen and fuel‑cell portfolio, and drive contract negotiations to successful closure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales projects from lead evaluation through contract signing, ensuring alignment with Sunfire’s sales objectives.
• Identify customer project requirements and propose the most suitable solutions from Sunfire’s product range.
• Lead cross‑functional proposal teams, combining technical and commercial expertise to create compelling offers.
• Take charge of negotiations, support account management and business development to strengthen relationships and expand opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in a technical field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical or plant engineering, preferably in sales or project management.
• Flexible team player and self‑starter.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English at C1 level.
