Sales Manager – Technical Adhesives (Remote, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our epoxy adhesive and coating solutions. Based in a home office in Germany, you will work closely with global partners and internal teams to expand our presence in electronics, optoelectronics, medical and automotive markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
• Manage key accounts, build lasting customer relationships and conduct technical product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate contracts in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing and operations teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Monitor market trends, forecast sales, report performance metrics and contribute to regional sales strategy.

Required profile

• Home‑office based in Germany with experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in adhesives, electronics or advanced materials.
• Strong account‑management and business‑development abilities.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical product features and application requirements.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management and use of CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English; German and/or French are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
